Age Limit:

The age limit for the position of Tourism Development Officer (Grade-II) under the Directorate of Tourism, Government of Assam is as follows:

Candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as of January 1, 2024

• There is an upper age limit relaxation available for certain categories:
  • 5 years for SC/ST candidates, making the maximum age limit 43 years.
  • 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are entitled to a 10-year relaxation period.
